WNBA Player Props featuring Angel Reese for 08/30/2025

Shubham Singh

The Saturday night hoops for the WNBA are full of exciting fixtures. MVP frontrunners Napheesa Collier and Alyssa Thomas will be in action.

Meanwhile, rookie stars Sonia Citron and Kiki Iriafen will highlight the youth movement. It promises a lot of fun for the player props enthusiasts.

On that note, here are my player props from each game in the W action tonight.

WNBA Player Props for Storm vs Sky and Valkyries vs Mystics

Angel Reese: Points

Angel Reese is straightaway back to the business for the sloppy Chicago Sky. She hasn’t increased the win count but has kept them in striking distance.

Reese is averaging 14.4 PPG on a strong 45.8% shooting. The post player has tallied 15.2 PPG in five games since her return from the injury.

She has scored 15 or more in three of those games. I see her reaching that mark here at least.

PicksBetMGM Odds
Reese O 13.5 Points-120
Iriafen O 8.5 Rebounds -130
McBride O 2.5 3-Pointers+100
Thomas O 9.5 Assists-105

Kiki Iriafen: Rebounds

Iriafen has been one of the most rugged rebounders in the league. The Mystics’ rookie has used her incredible lower-body balance to grab an impressive 8.6 rebounds per game (4th).

She has pinned down at least nine boards in 8 of the last 12 games this month (66.7%). I believe she will follow the trail and pull together at least 9 rebounds again.

WNBA Player Props: Sun vs Lynx and Mercury vs Liberty

Kayla McBride: 3-Pointers

McBride is having another impressive offensive year, averaging a boisterous 15.1 PPG. The guard is tallying a career-high 2.8 3-point makes this season thus far.

The streaky shooter is back in rhythm after a lean spell.

She has nailed at least three 3-pointers in four straight games. Thus, I expect her to follow the trend.

Alyssa Thomas: Assists

Thomas is the best all-around player in WNBA history. She has tallied 7 triple-doubles this season, an unheard-of accomplishment in the league.

At any rate, she is one of the best floor managers out there. The Mercury MVP candidate has delivered 9.2 assists per game, having dished out double-digit dimes in three of the last six games.

I see another triple-double loading for her.

nba nba

Hi, I am Shubham. I am currently an NBA Predictions Writer on The Playoffs. I enjoy this job because it helps keep me in the loop about the game I love while fulfilling the pleasure I derive from stats. I got into NBA writing through social media interactions in the mid-2010s as I shared my takes on young talents such as D’Angelo Russell. I hope you enjoy reading my pieces as much as Dennis Rodman loved rebounding the basketball!
