Analyzing the Latest Odds and Expert Predictions for the 2025-26 Premier League Winners' Race.
The Premier League action is set to commence in August 2025 as Liverpool will kick-start their title defense. But unlike last time, it won’t be a piece of cake for the Merseyside Reds. Arne Slot helped them win their 20th title on his debut in the league as Liverpool ran away with the title, leaving behind Arsenal, Manchester City, and Chelsea.
But come the new season, all the teams have begun rebuilding their squads. Liverpool bolstered their squad by signing Florian Wirtz. Meanwhile, the Gunners, too, have been busy in the transfer market, as have Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.
It can be said without a doubt that Liverpool are the title contenders heading into the new season. The Reds will be keen to exert their dominance from the start to continue their fine form. On the other hand, Arsenal has been second for quite some time, and Mikel Arteta would be desperate to fight for the title.
Don’t count out Manchester City with all their cash and the steady influx of transfers. Newcastle United has also showcased itself to be one of the top dogs. However, an outside chance can be given to Manchester United, but the Red Devils will find it very hard, and only a miracle can help Ruben Amorim’s side win their 21st title.

Any team at this point has to earn the place to become the obvious winners of the Premier League. Even so, Liverpool seem to be topping the odds chart with +220 odds. Arsenal may have been ending up at the top four spots. Even so, they have a chance of winning the title in the upcoming season. Meanwhile, Man City will be exceptionally motivated to win this season with their last season going extremely disappointed.

Our predictions go with Liverpool this time as well. However, a word of caution: it won’t be easy for the Reds to run away with the league this time. As both Arsenal and Manchester City will be hot on their heels to fight for the top spot.
Chelsea and Newcastle will also be in the hunt for the top four, as they too will fancy a chance for the silverware. On the other hand, apart from Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa can be given an outside chance for the title, but it seems unlikely.
