As per the early odds, we could see an Eagles vs Ravens Super Bowl in 2026
As we approach the end of July, the NFL will get ready for the preseason, and in a month’s time, after that, will be the start of the new league season. It seems just like yesterday that the Philadelphia Eagles thrashed the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX. The memories of that game came flooding back only recently as the Eagles unveiled their championship rings.
But all that is in the past. It’s nearly time for the grind of the 17-game regular season, followed by the postseason where the best teams collide to eventually culminate on the grandest stage of all. It is nearly time for 32 teams to begin their quest to win the Lombardi Trophy for the 2025-26 season.
Before the new season begins, let us take a look at the AFC teams that have been favored to advance to the all-important game, which will be held at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, the home of the San Francisco 49ers. Let us take a look at the top 3 teams currently with the best odds to win the 2026 AFC Championship Game as per BetMGM.
The Baltimore Ravens made it to the divisional round last year after a 12-5 regular season. Most of their top players are back again, and the tandem of Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry with the ball is always a scary thought.
While the offense is pretty decent, the Ravens have a great defense as well, adding quality to their secondary in the form of first-round draft pick at safety, Malaki Starks, and the signing of top corner Jaire Alexander, while Kyle Hamilton remains as one of the better players at strong safety.

Making it to the AFC Conference game in 2024, the Bills were just one win away from a Super Bowl appearance. Unfortunately, they fell to the Chiefs, but they have in their ranks the reigning MVP.
There were plenty of questions about the Bills’ last season, with multiple quality players leaving on both sides of the ball. But Allen and his teammates showed great resilience throughout the year.
In this offseason, the Bills have added wide receiver Joshua Palmer and pass rusher Joey Bosa on defense. The Bosa signing could end up being a steal for Buffalo if he can replicate his earlier years in the league.
The Kansas City Chiefs just missed out on securing the first three-peat of the Super Bowl era. That said, it was not the best year for them; however, they found ways to win games in a variety of ways.
The offensive line issues, primarily the left tackle and injuries to key receivers, plagued the team for the most part of the season. The Chiefs have tried to counter that with moves in the offseason. If everything falls in place, Kansas City could be back to its best.

Here is a look at the top three teams with the best odds from the NFC to win the conference and advance to Super Bowl LX as per BetMGM.
Of course, the defending champions must be at the top of the list in the NFC. Not only did they cruise through the regular season and the playoffs last year, but they have also retained most of their top players.
Philadelphia has drafted extremely well of late, and it has a very well-balanced team with youthful energy and experienced veterans in the mix. If the offense is top-notch, the defense is nothing best with playmakers all over the field.

Detroit has been knocking on the door for a chance at hoisting the Lombardi Trophy for the past couple of years. Last year, they fell short in the divisional round as they got steamrolled by the resurgent Washington Commanders.
Pass rusher Aidan Hutchinson should be back to his best after recovering from a long injury layoff. The Lions didn’t make too many eye-popping moves in the offseason, but that is because they didn’t have to. Already a pretty well-rounded side, they just need to find a way to get over the hump in the NFC.

The venue of Super Bowl LX. What more motivation could a team want? The aim of playing the biggest game in front of their home crowd will fuel the fire for the 49ers all season long.
Sure, they finished last in the NFC West last year with injury problems, but the 49ers are well-coached and always a team in the running for postseason success.
There may be some questions on the offense again, especially with Brandon Aiyuk’s return from injury unknown, and the Jauan Jennings situation, where he has asked for more money or a trade. But if this unit is functioning smoothly, the 49ers are not an easy team to beat.

I am a content writer for the NFL team, and joined The Playoffs after working with Sportskeeda and NFL Analysis as an NFL writer. After starting my professional career as a French-to-English translator, working as a content writer is a new adventure for me. I started out in the sports media field for two main reasons: my love for sports in general, especially the NFL, NBA, and Tennis, as well as my passion for writing. The best part of this job is that I get to write a variety of pieces with the freedom to explore content from various angles. It also enables me to stay up to date with the sporting world, which otherwise can be difficult to do in the day-to-day grind. In a world full of chaos, sports unite and entertain like nothing else!
