Curry limped off the court after the game on Monday.
The Warriors have found new life, thanks to the arrival of Jimmy Butler. Since Butler joined the team, the Dubs have been on fire, going 8-2 and climbing up the standings. What looked like a lost season just a month ago has turned into a playoff push. The Warriors are now sitting comfortably in the 6th seed in the Western Conference after a 119-101 win over the Hornets.
The Warriors will now travel to New York to face the Knicks at the legendary Madison Square Garden on Tuesday.
However, ahead of the game, their biggest concern would be availability of superstar Stephen Curry who rolled his right ankle against Hornets.
Curry limped off the court after the game on Monday, and while he told reporters he hoped to play against the Knicks, there’s still some uncertainty.
“I think I’m going to play, but if my ankle says I shouldn’t play, I won’t play,” Curry said in postgame press conference.

The Warriors will certainly be cautious. After all, they are focused on the bigger picture – the playoffs. As of now, Curry’s status is day-to-day, and the team will make a decision closer to tip-off.
Curry, who recently had a 56-point game, has been averaging 24.1 points per game this season, ranking 18th in the league. Over the last 20 games, the 36-year-old has been shooting 4.3 three-pointers per game, which is the most in the NBA.
